We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at info@mykaixin.com before placing your order.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

3. Delivery Times & Costs

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of USD 15 applies to international orders.

  • Carriers: Depending on the destination, orders may be delivered by DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Kaixin Limited has no control over such charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.

  • Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • While Kaixin Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, we take customer satisfaction seriously.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date by contacting info@mykaixin.com.

  • We will investigate with the shipping provider and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) where applicable.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

  • Certain products may be restricted in specific countries due to local regulations.
