1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at info@mykaixin.com before placing your order.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

3. Delivery Times & Costs

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of USD 15 applies to international orders.
Carriers: Depending on the destination, orders may be delivered by DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
ERBOCEN LIMITED has no control over such charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.
Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

While ERBOCEN LIMITED (trading as Kaixin) is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, we take customer satisfaction seriously.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date by contacting info@mykaixin.com.
We will investigate with the shipping provider and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) where applicable.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.
Certain products may be restricted in specific countries due to local regulations.
